During my stay at Richmond, I was impressed with the excellent breakfast selection. There was a wide variety of dishes, catering to both Western and Oriental preferences. The restaurant staff were incredibly polite and helpful, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. The hotel's location in the Shianbashi district was also convenient, with easy access to the tram stop and amenities like a 7-11 and bakery nearby. Despite being in the entertainment district, I felt safe and had no trouble. I highly recommend this hotel for its fantastic breakfast, great location, and friendly staff.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the location was perfect, being very close to a tram stop which made it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. Additionally, the hotel is situated just inside the entertainment district, making it a lively and vibrant area to stay in. The service provided by the staff was exceptional - they were attentive, friendly, and always willing to assist. The basic amenities in the room were of high quality, and I particularly loved the unique layout with a separate doorway leading to the spacious and well-designed bathroom. The room itself was comfortable and well-appointed, complete with a wide screen TV and a king-sized bed. Lastly, the breakfast selection was fantastic, offering both Japanese and Western options, and they even provided coffee to-go for the busy traveler.
My experience was fantastic, with no major issues or complaints.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable! Everything is within walking distance; great restaurants, and night clubs! the train station is super close also, so it's easy to get around town. the staff was incredibly helpful and the breakfast was delicious! They had all the amenities you could need, including a well-stocked gym and modern rooms with cozy beds.
Some of the staff members were inexperienced in dealing with non-Japanese payment methods, leading to some confusion, but it didn't take away too much from our overall enjoyable experience.

Great location near many attractive areas and transportation. The room was spacious and comfortable with good in-room amenities like coffee. There were also many food options nearby.
The neighborhood outside of the hotel was quite noisy at night. the laundry machines were in high demand and there were no instructions on how to use them properly.

Spent Christmas at a hotel that was reasonably priced, centrally located with a tram station nearby, and offered a good breakfast buffet. the hotel staff was well, staffed and the check, in and check, out process was fast. the hotel also had a car park available for a small fee.
During our second dinner, we were not given the table we requested and were instead seated near a noisy group. There were other tables available, but the staff said they were reserved, which was not true.
